Miles Makes a Change

Kameron Miles

Scout.com 4-star safety Kam Miles has switched but will remain in the SEC...

Kameron Miles, a 6-foot-2, 212-pound safety from West Mesquite (Texas) High decommitted from Tennessee earlier today and wasted little time in making the change.

"Kam just committed (to Texas A&M)," informed a source close to his recruitment.

Miles picked up his offer from the Aggies last week and has been considered as a soft verbal to the Volunteers since scheduling and taking an official visit to Arizona State.

Miles is the Aggies 30th known commitment in the Class of 2013. With 29 commits in the fold A&M was credited with having the No. 4 class in the country on Scout.com.

Scout Eval: Just by looking at Miles' size and frame you would naturally figure in the fact that he is a more of a down hill linebacker, but Miles backs up in person exactly what he shows on film – the ability to run and cover. He moves well and has some natural instincts. He can turn and run with WRs and makes plays on the ball. He could play safety or grow in to a linebacker in college, but he will be able to use his skills at either spot.
