"USC had been recruiting me for a while now so I wasn't too surprised but still excited to get the offer," Fisher said. "I talked with Tee Martin right before practice and he told me they wanted to offer. He said they don't have a lot of depth at corner at all and I definitely see that as well.
"I went to the game last night against Arizona but had to leave early, before the 4th quarter started, so I didn't go in to the locker room or anything. SC looked good, they did their thing and got the win. I got home and watched the rest on T.V and the secondary was a little shaky. No. 6, Josh Shaw, is nice, he's a good player but I think I would be able to play right away there with their depth issues."
So the obvious question for Fisher is how solid his commitment to the Bruins?
"I'm still very solid to UCLA," Fisher said. "I'm 100% committed to them, I'm very solid. It's funny, Coach Meat (Demetrice Martin) said congratulations after I got the USC offer. I thought that was kind of funny but I think he just wanted to keep it positive. That's my boy right there and he knows I'm going to be a Bruin so he has nothing to worry about.
"I'm going to the UCLA game this Saturday and that will be fun to compare the atmosphere at the two games. I went to a UCLA game earlier in the year and loved the atmosphere in there, it gets loud in that place. They have a nice crowd and it's going to be a good time for sure."
