Nick Crissman, the 6-3, 190-pound quarterback verbally committed to UCLA, returned to action Friday after sitting out after an appendectomy.

His team, Huntington Beach Edision, lost to Anaheim Servite. In the loss, Crissman went 11 for 25 for 138, but had six passes dropped. He was also sacked six times and always under pressure due to a suspect offensive line.
