While it's far premature to draw too many conclusions, the Pac-10 recruiting race for 2009 is definitely shaping up into a lower tier and upper tier. The anomaly in all of this so far is: How can UCLA, with a 3-4 record and what looks to be an unsuccessful season, be in the upper tier?
